Abbreviations and catalogues used
Standard philatelic terms are used, if you are unsure as to their
meaning please ask for further details. All stamp catalogue numbers are from
the current Stanley Gibbons Part 1 catalogue. Postal stationery catalogue
numbers are from Higgins & Gage World Postal Stationery catalogue with the exception of Great Britain which is listed using Huggins or Huggins & Baker catalogue. China postal stationery is listed as per The Postal Stationery Catalogue of New China 2011 edition. Gibraltar postal stationery is listed using the Gibraltar Study Circle (GSC) catalogue
Other catalogues used are as listed with lot description.

Condition
Lots are described with as much detail as is possible giving due
deference to gum, postmark, perforations etc. The condition of stamps and
covers is relative to that particular issue and their age. All items are sold
without defects and as genuine unless noted in lot description. Albums and
collections will probably contain items with faults, which may or may not be
mentioned in the lot description. The majority of covers are of commercial usage
and minor tears or creases are to be expected and are mentioned only if they
considerably reduce the value of the item.

If a single item, set or cover does not match the catalogue description
it can be returned for full credit within 7 days of receipt.
