The catalogue for my 41st postal auction (mail bid sale) closing 30th July 2008 is shown in the postal auction section. Auction 41 has the usual comprehensive range of material with the postal history section having many better and choice items. There is also the usual varied range of Gulf Area stamps and covers including two Qatar via Bahrain covers from 1949 and 1950. Postal history is particularly strong in military and censor items with again much Gulf material and covers from the Maldives and South Africa. The stamp section includes a good selection of New Zealand some nice Iraq items in sheets with transposed overprint varities and Egyptian "King Farouk" misperfs. Reveunes include Cyprus 2008 euro high values.
